Food recommendation for PV patients who should not eat iron

Hi, everyone
This is my very first time posting.
I had a bone marrow biopsy at the end of March and was diagnosed with PV.
My doctor told me not to take iron, so I'm checking food labels and trying to eat foods that are low in iron.
What do you eat everyday & what do you avoid to eat? Any recommendations?
Or can you assist me any books or website that provide nutritional information for PV patients? Are you receiving advice from a nutritionist? Thank you so much for your advice.
