Follow up ultrasound shows new internal vascularity and some angulated
I had my second ultrasound today and it showed new internal vascularity and some angulated margins. They upgraded the mass to a Bi Rads 4. It is the same size 10mm (1cm) as it was on the first ultrasound. I have a biopsy scheduled on 16 September but in the mean time I am nervous/scared of the outcome. I guess I don't really have any questions I'm looking for support more than anything. Anyone have something similar with a good outcome?

I never had this much detail from an ultrasound. Thankfully you are getting your biopsy sooner rather than later. Knowing that something is there but not knowing what it is has got to be crazy making. I did go through a similar time, from the time I discovered the lump and told my doctor until I was actually diagnosed was about eight months. The waiting for the biopsy was the hardest time for me.
It sounds like you are staying educated on your care and I find that for me that helps with the process. Do you also have ways of distracting yourself while you do the waiting?
My experience is some times the things that appear in an ultrasound, MRI, or PET-CT scans show do not show up in the next follow up. You would be surprised how many times I have had to talk to a nuclear radiologist or another one to get clearance. I have had to ask for addendum four times in the last 5 years. So just trying to give you hope and make sure you talk to oncologist and radiologist so you clearly understand the imaging provided and when are they going for follow up imaging. Wishing you a great outcome.
