FMD and renal angioplasty

I had two heart attacks due to the coronary artery dissecting due to FMD. 2015 & 2022
I am struggling to keep my blood pressure down, even with increasing the blood pressure medication. I am seen by a cardiologist, hypertension, and kidney specialist, and a vascular surgeon for my carotid arteries. The hypertension and kidney doctor is recommendeing I have a angiogram and angioplasty on my renal arteries. I am concerned with any kind of balloons or stents since I’m told the arteries are fragile. Does anyone have any advice about this procedure or method of treatment?
