Fluid runs in my face that I dont see after septum/sinus surgery

I had a septum surgery, then a removal of fungi ball of my sinus. But now a fluid coming down parallel to my nose until right upper lip, but I dont see fluid , I recd MRI and CT scan with contrast and without showing surgeries are ok, but the running of the fluid is uncomfortable, I also have numbness above right upper lip that comes and goes. Consultations of ENT, neuro, Maxillo facial, but they dont see fluid neither. Anybody can give a recommendation where to go. Thank you.
