Fluctuating CK Levels as well as a med positive Mi 2 beta response

My question is - while in the midst of autoimmune diagnosing, has anyone experienced CK levels that spike then plumment then spike some more but regardless never go below 2x the "normal" range? Is it common for this to change and vary so much during the course of blood work results?
My second question is - this looks like a DM because of the Mi 2 beta result but I have no skin issues. None of the classic skin rashes. My prominent symptom is pain. Muscle pain & joint pain in addition to worsening orthostatic hypotension, fatigue and metal health struggles. Does any of this sound familiar? If so would you mind sharing?
