Flash eye blurring with movement

Anyone have a micro flash blur every time your eye moves? 10 drs. have no idea. Happened after cataract surgery a year and half ago. Has never resolved. Now suggesting it may be the iris that is wiggling--and maybe contracting the pupil with drops could help...????? suggesting VUITY ??? anyone?
