finally found an exercise channel on youtube that is really helping me

I am writing this because I have finally found an exercise channel on youtube that is truly helping me exercise daily again without causing me any aggravations. I have PN of course, and I also have various joint issues (back, knee, wrists). There was a thread on here earlier about exercising so I thought it would be ok to write about this. I have no financial or other interest in this, I just want to feel better myself and I wanted to share that this is helping in my case as maybe it could help others too. The youtube channel is SeniorShape Fitness. It says it is for beginners and seniors. I am a senior. I think it may be helpful also for people who are working within the constraints of multiple health issues like I am. There is something on it for nearly anyone, and the instructor is very gentle, body aware, and calming. I have been doing one of her workouts every day for a week and I feel better. I still have the PN tingling and numbness etc., but I feel like I am moving my body in ways that help me just feel better all over. I am a lot less stiff and am moving a bit more freely. I hope this helps. The usual disclaimer... sometimes modifications may be needed in some situations, and check with your doctor or other health practitioners as needed first.

@arflmi33 The SeniorShape.com site has some really good exercise videos that are easy for seniors. I first saw the site when @pdxmac mentioned it in a PMR discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/unorthodox-dose-splitting/. I already do several of the upper body ones she mentioned for seniors. If you go to Videos section of the site and type "seniors" in the search box it brings up the related exercises - https://www.seniorshape.com/videos.

At 83 I just try to keep mobility and exercise to maintain what muscle mass I still have with the hope of increasing it a little. I also like the Bob & Brad Physical Therapist YouTube channel and have used a lot of their exercises. I just have to keep at it. - https://www.youtube.com/@BobandBrad/search.

I also follow Senior Shape Fitness and I find her routines excellent for me. My senior fitness class uses them especially the chair yoga fit stretching

I was able to bring up this website. I was hoping to ask Lauren some questions, but the link to email her was not working. She wants a "donation" to get the monthly program.

You can do all her workouts for free that are on youtube. You do not need to donate.
