Fibromyalgia post radiation.

Hi
So I am 6 months post radiation from breast cancer.I have not been on Any fibro medication for a very long time.I took my cyclobenzaprine the 2 wks I had radiation. I have not been on it regularly for years. So now my New g p does not want me taking it. My fatigue is beyond anything I have ever had. I cannot take cymbalta. I have started effexor today. Wondering, if anyone else has taken this for fibro? Severe fatigue 😩 depression and anxiety
