Feeling of something stuck in my throat

Feels like something is dying my throat and am constantly clearing it which is a hassle and certainly or probably irritating to others and also occasional sore throat but only on left side? Anything you could share would be appreciated

My problem is on right side can't swollow food unless it's baby food or mashed potatoes. Constantly burning in my throat and mouth. Hungry all the time. Pain when swollowing the hard part is dealing with it because there's no available ent doctor's anywhere close to where I live
