False positive patch test and eczema?

Hi,

I broke my tie a plateau and I am having my hardware removed in 10 days. I am having it removed earlier than a year because I had an infection (confirmed by culture on the plate).

I underwent allergy patch testing this week for the surgical cement and Ortho hardware. I had a delayed reaction to the antibiotic in the cement

I have been diagnosed with folliculitus and eczema (skin biopsy). I have Crohn’s and IBS (in remission on Crohns, positive blood work for auto immune, elevated T cells and IL6

Could this be a false positive due to my skin issues?
