Extreme pain with going to the bathroom, conic throwing up

Has anyone had chronic vomiting and diarrhea their whole lives and been sick with no diagnosis of what the problem is after seeing multiple doctors. Now I’m having severe pain in my abdomen and in my bowels every single time I go to the bathroom or eat or drink water.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Have you tried going to the ER? I'd find a teaching hospital if possible and make the trip there. You could have a bowel obstruction or something else going on now.
