Extracapsular extension of prostate cancer: Anyone have this?

My first SBRT treatment is on Monday, April 8th. I asked my RO if I am going to have GEL placed to move the rectum away from prostate.
I was told NO GEL because of extracapsular extension makes Radiation less effective.
Anyone had this condition?

The gel is also used with Proton. I have read that the gel protects the rectum but also protects any extracapsular strays near the rectum. So to prevent a later rectal cancer in some cases the gel is not used.

I will be on MRI-LINAC machine tomorrow with no GEL per my RO recommendation. I will be posting my experience. I started Orgovyx 6 days ago.
