Extra intestinal manifestations of UC

Hello- I’m wondering if anyone here has extra intestinal manifestations of UC?
I have PSC now my lungs are full of nodules just being monitored as this is so rare. I would like to know if anyone has found a doctor knowledgeable enough to slow this down or find a cure?
