Exemestane and petechiea

Did anyone experience petechiea while taking Exemestane? I was taking Exemestane for a year without serious side effects. I stopped taking it for 3 weeks during mastectomy. When I took Exemestane again I noticed large patches of petechiea on my ankles. The blood tests are normal. My onco has not contacted me about this yet. Just curious if anyone experienced similar reaction to medication. Thanks!

She said that’s a rare side effect. I can restart Exemestane when petechiea goes away. If it comes back, she’ll order different AI to try. I’m lucky to have good onco who doesn’t say “it’s not the drug”.
