Anyone else having a daily morning headache?
I have been having headaches that wake me up every morning for about two years now. I am currently getting Botox injections every three months. It works for about a month only. Anybody else with daily mornings headaches?

Wish mine was that easy....my headache is 7 years all day/every day. Having a spinal blood patch next month. See a good neurologist headache doctor. Good luck.
Put a Migraine Cold Patch (buy on Amazon) on your forehead at night when you go to bed. It works for me as a preventative. It has saved me for sure. Good luck.

1 ReactionIf your headache is mostly on one side of your head, ask your doctor about hemicrania continua. My wife has had headaches for the past 6 or 7 years, been to three different headaches specialists and finally saw a new doctor and he told her you have already tried anything I can suggest and then asked if her headache was mostly on one side and suggested a trial of indometacin. After one dose, the headaches went away and have not had any headaches for the past three months. It is an old drug, FDA approved in 1965, but tough on stomach. The drug is used to confirm the diagnosis

@janella33 If you do some research on the hemicrania continua, you will see it is a rare headache. None of the other headache doctors she has seen even suggested that. She had been treated for migraines, yet she never had the classical migraine symptoms. She has tried almost all the normal migraine treatments, without success. It has really made a major change in her life, and mine.

1 ReactionNot every morning. I did for a while. I notice if the a/c is not running well the smell gets to me. You need great clean air. I go outside get fresh air and I feel better. Get dressed and as I start to feel better I go somewhere to eat breakfast that is very well air conditioned. Also, if I have a nightmare or some kind of argument while sleeping I wake up with one of the worst headaches ever.

years ago a neurologist told me sleep apnea can cause headaches, waking up with them is a clear indicator. You should get a sleep study.
