Evenity and headaches

After my 4th Evenity treatment I have, for the first time, had headaches in the back and upper right side of my head. Feels like sinus almost. It's been 10 days since the shots. I have not had headache issues since pre menopause. 10 years.

@minnied I am having a similar experience. I get my third injection tomorrow and the headaches have worsened

I have had migraine headaches for many years. They lessened greatly in the past years but have come back since starting in Evenity. I have gone back on Topamax for prevention with good results. My plan is to use until my year is up. I feel it is worth it as my low back pain from severe degenerative disc disease has improved with the treatment. I was scheduled for surgery but have canceled due to decrease in pain level.
My suggestion would be to visit neurology to see if you can be placed on something temporarily to combat the problem until completion of treatment.

I have had three Evenity shots--with minimal side effects until this week. I had no headache, but lots of scary visual freakiness. My eye doc said it sounds like an "aura migraine." I am 77 with no history of migraines, so I'm concerned about completing the next 8 treatments safely.

Yes. I had my first shot 2 weeks ago and headaches every morning. I have one right now that I can barely function.

Horrible Headaches daily after waking up, chest tightness, rib cage pain sometimes going into my back, terrible fatigue, sore stiff knees at times where I can hardly walk, greatly worsening of seasonal allergies, and went to the hospital last night where they diagnosed me with a heart murmur that I never had. Kept me overnight with loads of fluids but drs would not acknowledge possible connection to the shots. I Know that’s about when it started after two shots
