Erythromelalgia

I've been diagnosed with idiopathic Moderate Sensorimotor Peripheral Neuropathy a few years now. But I still have many symptoms of Erythromelalgia and haven't been able to find a doctor who can help.
It's in my hands, feet, face and ears. The flares are intermittent, but it is very painful and debilitating.
Anyone have this or chronic inflammation and suggestions of where to find help. Thanks
