Emphysema, respiratory infection

I'm struggling to fight off cold with copd and my nebulizer mouth pieces keep dropping fluid all over the whole mouth piece. Didn't do this before and pulmonary doctor just doesn't listen and thinks I'm panicking but scared of all that moisture. Don't want phenomia. Tried photo but blurry.

Perhaps a call to the place of purchase would be helpful. Perhaps the mouthpiece etc needs replacing. There might be an explanation for this unacceptable problem.
Hope you get this sorted soon. Maintaining ourselves as 'bug free' is our paramount directive! And our equipment must be in perfect running order.
