EMG

I had an EMG last year for twitching issue, My Neuro did and EMG results was negative of MND or ALS but 2 months later I started having burning pain from my right arm and upper back then through my right and left side of my legs and arms. I'm taking meds like Duloxetine and Pregablin but it seems doesn't help. Every night I apply Mineral Ice or Apercreme and it soothes and relax my pain. I go to gym soak my body to spa but that too doesn't help, and I even tried Acupuncture. None of that works, in the mean time twitching is gone, but from time to time I will have it but not as much. Does anyone has the same experiences? BTW I have type 2 Diabetes.
