Elevated alpha 2 globulin with usual elevated IgG kappa MGUS

What might lower slightly elevated alpha 2 globulin in context of mildly increased IgG kappa? I take 800 mg tumeric

Isn’t alpha 2 globulin sometimes associated with inflammation?
(I have MGUS too- stable, asymptomatic)
I take a gram of thorne curcumin daily, no idea if it’s been helpful but no downside that I can tell.
Have you made changes recently that might bring it down?
