Ear pain, plugged ears, headaches and sores lasting over a month
I have been getting canker sores my whole life, so about 2 months ago I got some sores in my mouth and on my tongue. I chopped it up to being either canker sores or because I ate cereal like captain crunch and it cut my gums up. Happens to me a lot really. Anyways I have been brushing my teeth everyday and gargling with hydrogen peroxide and warm salt water cause in the past it always cured the cankers. Well here we are almost two months now and they are still there and more have appeared. I have noticed that when I brush my tongue it is painful and it looks like I have ulcers on the top and side of my tongue, right behind my bottom front two teeth and my lips. My tongue is a little swollen. Now I have also been getting really bad headaches everyday now for the past month which I never had a headache problem before. My ears have felt plugged like I changed my altitude or I have fluid in them. I swim with my kids ALOT so I was thinking maybe swimmers ear. I had severe ear pain the other day so I poured some rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide in my ear and it took the pain away but they still feel clogged. And I just noticed on my right side of my neck under my ear there is a lump. I was diagnosed with HPV a few years ago. Could this be mouth cancer and neck cancer, or is it possible to get cold sores in my mouth, but if it’s just cold sores then why is my ear ache and feel clogged, why is my head hurting all the time, and what’s up with the swollen

@traphousebarbie, having sores that won't heal and pain for over 2 months should be addressed. I urge you to make an appointment with your doctor to get these symptoms checked out. Only a medical professional can assess what is going on and confirm or rule out what it might be.
Make a list of your symptoms and when they started as best as you can remember. Also take note of any changes that happened along the way. This may help your doctor.
Have you seen a doctor about these issues in the past 2 months?
I agree with @colleenyoung . 2 months and you've tried what has helped before, plus new symptoms...It doesn't sound like anything I can comment on here. Thinking of you. Hope you make an appointment with ENT soon.
I would see an ENT ASAP. I had similar symptoms and mine turned out to be cancer. It was treatable and I'm doing great now. But it was cancer and needed attention.
