Ear problems, is this Meniere Disease?
I writing about symptoms I've been ing having. About one year ago I started to get mild tinnitus in my ears. After 6 months went in and gave me hearing test which should mild high frequency hearing loss in both ears. This summer I started getting a fullness feeling in my right ear. It would come and go than it started in my left ear. Occasional i get muffled speech and mild discomfort in ears. I have felt a little light headed at times but so far no vertigo. My hearing Dr suspects it could be from the hearing loss and my general Dr. thinks a disease like meniere's. I can't get in to see a ENT for 6 months. I dont know what to do reading about meniere's if that is what it is it doesn't sound very good . Has anyone had these symptoms or have meniere's Disease and how do you manage?

I was diagnosed with Meneires many years ago. Had the ringing in ears and felt pressure on right year. Had one severe vertigo episode with room spinning. I have been able to keep it from bothering me for many years with strict diet and reading labels—no salt, caffeine or alcohol. When under control, I got back to feeling normal. Has recurred a couple of times over the years as it has now, so then I’m strict on diet again. Stress doesn’t help. So I’m trying to get it under control again. I’ve been dealing with acid reflux and am better. Was only bothering me at nite. Now I’m finding there is link between Menieres and acid reflux. Hope some of this info helps.
