dull ache in deltoid muscle
Over the past year or so I've had constant dull ache in deltoid muscle, both right and left. It is more noticeable when laying down and getting ready for sleep.
4 years ago I had a C2-C5 cervical laminectomy.
Could the dull ache in deltoid muscles be aq consequence of that procedure?

bimbra @bimbra, - I think that warrants a visit to your doctor or to a specialist, it could be a tendon problem. They can do tests to find out for sure. And don't wait too long, either - do that much sooner than later, and find out and do what you must. (If it's a tendon problem, like a tear, you want to address that as soon as possible. ... lesson from the voice of experience).
