Has anyone had success with a treatment to either resolve or lighten their DSAP?
I am a 60 year old female who's arms and legs are covered! It has gotten so out of control that people even comment.

I have had DSAP for many years. It covers my arms and legs. I wear long sleeve shirts and long pants year round. My skin feels better since I changed shower products. I also cover myself in moisturizer when I get out of the shower. I always wear sunscreen on my face. I have had some of the ones on my face bleed and were frozen off. The dermatologist said I had too many to freeze all of them. I also wear sunscreen under my shirts and pants if I know I am going to be out in the sun. I am almost 79 years old.
