dreaming

I had been taking Lorazepam for sleep for many years after my father passed. A few years ago, I changed from Lorazepam to 1.5 Klonopin as it is supposed to be Longer acting. I had a knee revision 7 months ago and the Dr. gave me Gabapentin for the nerve pain. I know people who take many MG capsules of that, but I hate taking drugs, period. But I know it helps me with the pain. I take 300MG of Gabapentin around noon and another one around 6:00 p.m. I add to that Magnesium Glycinate to help me sleep. I recently got some cortisone shots in shoulders as I have grade 3-4 cartridge loss. More surgery coming. I am going to be 71 in May, and I have always dreamt but not it seems like I dream many times during the night where I remember them and then I wake up feeling tired, but I know I slept at least 8 hours. My husband never remembers his dreams and sleeps solid all night. I have good sleep hygiene. Has anyone tried gummies for sleep and is it safe to take with what I take at night? I appreciate any comments. Thank you.
