You need to talk with your doctor. Some of the things you are talking about is not normal.
FM, listen to your body. When your body says I’m tired rest, get, don’t look at a clock.
Eat right don’t look at the clock, have some small snakes.
Get outside, sit in a chair.
Educate yourself. I like google and google/scholar , look for teaching clinics and hospitals.
There are support groups here go to home page and take a look for a group that might be able to help you.

@shazzabear298 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! Your fatigue sounds just awful! What does your doctor say about it?
Did you get your diagnosis at a major medical/university center ? If not, go to one now and see if the doctors there can help you. This not a dire emergency, but I know you are anxious to solve this problem.
Do you think you can do some research on hospitals this week? Let me know what you learn!

My daily fatigue is exacerbated by fibromyalgia, CFS, and untreatable allergies. I commiserate with you and have tried anything and everything to no avail. I am trying to accept this reality but struggle daily.

I agree with @minnesota10, see your doctor about these symptoms. The fainting isn't a symptom I have ever heard associated with fibro. As for the fatigue, you need to rest when your body says to - you aren't going to get improvement in symptoms if you try to push yourself. Every time I push myself, I pay for it with pain and fatigue. You don't get a medal for hanging on and then fainting! Also, make sure you are getting enough GOOD protein and iron. I am also 66, and as we get older we definitely need more, not less, protein. Stay away from salty foods to protect your heart health and cut down on inflammation. And know that there are a whole bunch of us out here who know exactly what you are experiencing and are sending you support and love. May your pain and fatigue soon be minimized.

Will a visit to a rheumatologist be enough to diagnose officially? I was told after several elimination tests that I have Fibromyalgia (by my GP) but there is no clear test. The fatigue for me is in the middle of the day, and I find I am no good until I take a nap for lunch during work. Could this be from imminent fasting? I try for 14 -16 hours with no food, told it was good for inflammation (have been doing this for a few years). Can't do gabapentin as I drive for work (Hospice Chaplain in the community) and it makes me tired all day, woozy. I try to watch my diet but am not perfect (sweet tooth ;-( ) but with above suggestion will increase protein.
You are all wonderfully kind and supportive, thank you for all your suggestions and caring support.

I attend a two day Fibromyalgia seminar with my adult daughter in 2015 in Mayo's Jacksonville, FL campus.
I believe they are still offering this program. "Led by Dr. Barbara Bruce, Dr. Andy Abril, and Dr. Fernando Rivera, is an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. The program includes a medical evaluation, a two-day class focused on education and strategies for managing symptoms, and personalized treatment plans."
I have utilized what I learned from this program all these years to manage my fibromyalgia. I know everyone experiences different symptoms but this is just a suggestion to check out.
