Dr willing to treat low T?

My testosterone was 358 back in 2016, I was younger and having less issues then, started treating thyroid back then. I'm now 47, about 20 lbs heavier with a crashing libido, high BP, brain fog/forgetful and struggling to keep up my motivation to make lifestyle changes. Dr seems to think the libido and ED issues are wrapped up in BP and I get the connection but I don't think it's enough. Cialis has helped with the ED but libido is still going down and I think there's more to it. Suggestions? Dr is female if that has a bearing, how do I help her realize that there's more going on or is it me?

What is your current testosterone level? If it was 358 nine years ago, what is it now? That seems like the place to start. Also, is the female doctor a urologist, or your primary care physician?

Had a men's health clinic test me and they had my testosterone at 370 (saw the results after my original post). My female Dr is a PCP, not a urologist or endocrinologist. Maybe I should ask about seeing one of those and let her focus on BP which isn't something to ignore as kidney damage isn't something I want either.

370 technically isn't low T although you could still be symptomatic. High BP or the wrong BP meds can certainly make you tired and cause other symptoms. Get your BP under control with your PCP and the right meds. Once you get your BP sorted you can follow up separately with a urologist or endocrinologist.

My poor husband cannot have much orgasms since he was about 72 and now he's 81. Is there help for a 81 Year old? The doctors absolutely look at him like he's nuts or THEY ARE embarrassed. How can a man get some help ???
