Does Tacrolimus cause an increase in UTI’s

I was diagnosed with MCD almost three years ago. I have been taking Tacrolimus for over two plus years with great success. Since treating with Tacrolimus I am experiencing frequent UTI symptoms. Is anyone else experiencing frequent UTI with Tacrolimus? I have been in remission for over two years and my Tacrolimus has decreased from 3mg 2X daily to 1mg 2Xdaily. Hopefully I will be completely TAC free in a few months. It just occurred to me that have had frequent issues with UTI since being on TAC. I am concerned about frequent antibiotics and becoming antibiotic resistance. I consume adequate amounts of fluids, cranberry, cherry and pineapple juice also coconut water.
