Does MAC cause back ache ?

Have wondered whether there is a connection. My doctor told me to take Tylenol; she made no other comment. Of course, I feel fatigue in addition to the backache.

Any NTM will cause very real fatigue. My back hurts too but it is because I am 68 and hate to exercise. MY core is weak which will cause lower back pain. When I do my Yoga exercises, planks, core stuff my back stops hurting.
