Does Hydroxyurea lower testosterone levels?

I am a 72 year old male and was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia three years ago. After many tries at different doses my Oncologist settled on 1000 mg of Hydroxyurea every day plus 1500 on Wednesdays. I recently tested low in my testosterone levels and also recently in the last few months have been experiencing sweating events lasting about 5 minutes 5-6 times per day, any time of day or night. My cardiologist suggested I see an endocrinologist to follow up. Does anyone have any experience regarding this? Thank you in advance.
