Does gabapening cause indigestion? I have had constant and severe indigestion since I started taking 100 mg at bedtime.

Yes, it absolutely can. Gabapentin's mechanism of action sometimes affects the GI tract, and while severe indigestion isn't the most common side effect, gastrointestinal issues are frequently reported. Since your symptoms started immediately with the drug, it is highly likely the cause.

2 ReactionsI take 300 mg 3 times per day. I definitely experience heart burn and acid reflux at night when I sleep. Sometimes pretty bad. I have been trying to figure out how to alleviate it since I don't have it every night.
I quit taking the pills after 4 days of severe and constant burning sensation, and was immediately relieved.
I been talking 100mg 4 times a day. At the beginning maybe but it's been 5 month now and i don't feel anything.
