Does endometriosis make you tired?

I am 49 and going for a hysterectomy in a few weeks for suspected endometriosis. Does endometriosis, aside from pain, cause you intense fatigue?

If you have heavy bleeding which causes anemia and/or iron deficiency that can certainly cause fatigue. Pain can cause fatigue. Hormonal irregularities can cause fatigue. Do any of these reasonate?

If you have heavy bleeding which causes anemia and/or iron deficiency that can certainly cause fatigue. Pain can cause fatigue. Hormonal irregularities can cause fatigue. Do any of these reasonate?
