Does blood donation affect my EPO?

Hello, I am a 17 year old male. So for the last four years Ive had hemoglobin hematocrit and rbc high but havent really gotten any symptoms like itchyness when having a warm bath. A month ago I donated blood but then 3 days later my hematologist told me to take a blood test again though he didn’t know I donated as you can see in the picture I sent when my hemoglobin went back to 150s and so I am just wondering if my EPO was dramatically affectedbecause of the donation in this case because my epo was 12.4(range: 1.5 - 15) if this was a serious issue would my epo be still low even though I donated blood? (Additional info: I have mild asthma but havent used my inhaler for the last 7 years, I am obese, my BMI is 30.6, I dont life in high altitudes) any opinions or advice is apprieciated!
