Does anyone use a blood test tracker for excel or google sheets?

I'm still working on figuring out CKD 3a (66f dxd early Jan 2025). With every round of tests comes another looking for the CKD cause. As of now, no diabetes, no HBP, BMI 23. Kidney ultrasound and Abdomen scan were good. I do have Proteinuria.

No family history of kidney issues. Genetic testing done-waiting for results. I met with medical nutritionist 2 weeks ago thanks to this group.

I'd like to keep track of my blood tests and other tests.

Can you recommend a particular tracker / software to purchase? There are a number of them on Etsy ranging in price. Google AI suggests getting conditional formatting and being able to customize - add your own columns.

I will be attending Kidney Walk in Miami tomorrow.

Thanks so much.

Kathy

@kathymiami I am like you, wanting to keep track of my bloodwork. For me, my labs are pulled from 1.) my cancer center, 2.) my dialysis center, and 3.) Quest Labs. I created my own Excel worksheet, listing in alphabetical order the different tests. On the header I have space for where a test was pulled, and date, then I can list the results down the page. I orient it in landscape view to get more tests per page, and it take 4 pages. When I need to print out a fresh set, I can tweak it if need be. Because the tests are taken from 3 different locations, I do not put in a reference range number anywhere, since that seems to vary.

I will be interested to hear what others do!
