Does anyone know how an FLC ratio of less than .1 effects the risk of

I was diagnosed with MGUS IgG lambda in June 2023 while having bloodwork for a DVT. I then had an ischemic attack in July 2023. My levels of m protein increased from 1.6 to 2.0 within 18 months. I had a BMB in April and was rediagnosed with SMM in May 2025. My Plasma cells are 20-30% , lambda restricted and my FLC ratio is less than .1, which they say normal range is .26-8. I have read that being higher than 8 is a higher assessment of risk but I am not clear about rusk for being below the normal threshold.

I appreciate any input.

The ratio is kappa/lambda. when the ratio is high, it's because you have too much kappa. when the ratio is really low, it's because you have too much lambda. given your diagnosis, it probably indicates too much lambda. I would talk with your doctor about what that means. good luck!
