Erythromelalgia started in my feet years ago... gradually, over the years, moved on to neuropathy, then numbness, and now pure aggravation all the time! Try the Neuropathy Frankincense & Myrrh oil when they are burning and red.. give it a few minutes while lying down with your feet raised.. this works well enough for me that I can get back to sleep after a while.. sometimes I read something boring while my feet are adjusting....
I wish you well...

I use capsaicin .1% cream. It diminishes the pain for 5-8 hours, allowing me walk comfortably. I've also found shoe inserts padded with wool add an extra measure of comfort to my walking.

I tried capsaicin .1% cream on my feet and ankles before I went to bed and the pain was not like it was the night before. However I must add this caveat. The day before I sat a lot and did not do my "dance" routine, nor much walking for the day! Because I am in Minnesota it is still too chilly to walk outside very long, at least for me. So here is what I do while it's too cold to get a good walk in. I have a long list of songs that I like on my laptop. I take my laptop to my workout room and put on certain songs that I like that get me in the mood to dance, or as my wife says, jump up and down! For 20 minutes I move around the room dancing; raising my knees up and down; swinging my arms around; and get a good sweat! Right now the 20 minutes is equal to one mile of walking (according to the program on my cellphone strapped to my arm). I love the music, I enjoy the jumping around, and it's good for my heart and has made a difference on the neuropathic pain in my feet/ankles when I lay down at night!

My toes and feet has burned and cramped for 3 days straight now.
I can not take much more. I've used ice packs, pain creams. I'm going to see if I can see my neurologist, but he's always booked.
How can I get relief? I almost went to ER but decided they couldn't help

Have you taken alpha Lipoic acid, Acetyl l carnitine and magnesium supplements for neuropathy? Do you have diabetes, and if so, do you have it under control? Have you had bloodwork to determine if you have any deficiencies or toxicities? Did you get the small fiber neuropathy skin punch biopsy?

Have you tried epsom salt foot soaks in cool water and compression socks? Have you tried icy hot, biofreeze or lidocaine on your feet? Have you tried elevating your feet? What types of shoes do you wear (are they well cushioned with arch support to reduce irritation to nerves in feet)?

My husband has been wearing. Hike barefoot shoes (Lora, Cloud and others) and they have helped relieve some of his pain. Good luck 🙂

Dear @lilly71
Your bottom feet/toes burn, but is it part of your feet gets fatter and your feet turns red and deeper?

Wake up during the morning, myfeetis white and thinner, but a the day comes, my feet gets thicker, turning to red type of my feet.

Every day, after a shower, I put on my things (sorry, can’t say that name) from the bottom to my kneed (sp?) as one. I also, sometimes, I use “Copper” from the top of my leg to the bottom of my foot too.

Ridingmy3-cycle bicycle helps my lower feet to the top of my legs. That helps me.

Thx,
