Does anyone have spondylosis with multifacet disease of the lumbar spi

Posted by scbarb79 @scbarb79, Apr 16 11:31am

I have spondylosis with multifacet disease of the lumbar spine. I have difficulty breathing when walking and can’t stand up straight and start walking bent over. I do some exercise and I have had an injection in my spine. I don’t have pain when I’m sitting only when I try to walk upright. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.

Motivation for exercise is hard when you have pain while exercising. I’m going to push for more exercise though.
