Does anyone have spondylosis with multifacet disease of the lumbar spi
I have spondylosis with multifacet disease of the lumbar spine. I have difficulty breathing when walking and can’t stand up straight and start walking bent over. I do some exercise and I have had an injection in my spine. I don’t have pain when I’m sitting only when I try to walk upright. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.

I have similar issues
I get breathless and have marked kyphosis
I have had no treatment but will ask my consultant to refer me to a spinal specialist I hope he will agree

1 ReactionI have spondy and my Dr recommended PT exercises My DPT gal was great and I have the list of exercises I do daily! Ask your Dr😊The chair exercises I do in my garden in the AM and do a little gardening as well while I’m out there 🌺

I have an appointment tomorrow with a spine specialist. Will post more after I see him. ❤️
