Does anyone have persistent nausea and fatigue post Lutathera?

My wife finished the 4 dose Lutathera treatment for NET’s about 45 days ago. She has persistent nausea and fatigue. She’s taking all the Rx anti nausea medication but not much help. Has anyone had the same experience and did you have success treating.

My wife was admitted to the hospital a few days ago with persistent nausea, belly pain and continual vomiting. She was seen by a gastroenterologist and he performed an endoscopy. Results: Sever gastritis. Her stomach lining and esophagus is severely inflamed along with retaining excessive amounts of bile. After treatment started, she was discharged 2 days latero. I don’t understand why she wasn’t advised to see a gastroenterologist for these persistent symptoms. If anyone has the same symptoms after Lutethera therapy, see a gastroenterologist.
Second day home and she wants to eat and isn’t vomiting.
