Does anyone have persistent neutropenia?

My white blood cells are low. They were nomal before my acute COVID infection in APR2023. (I was actually in excellent heath w/ no chronic diseases & no prescriptions before all this). The red blood cells and platelets are normal but my white blood cells went low & stayed low. Now I'm considered "neutropenic" and "immunocompromised."
