@mund09 It would be helpful to know which other autoimmune diseases you have, and whether the doctor has diagnosed a specific type of rheumatoid arthritis. According to my rheumatologist there are about 200 different types.
What kind of treatment is your doctor recommending?

Autoimmune conditions that overlap are complex and
can take a long time to diagnose and plan the treatment.
It will help if your rheumatologist can work with an
interested dermatologist. This situation is prevalent enough that clinics with rheumatologists and dermatologists working together.

I had palindromic rheumatoid arthritis with very clear vasculitis with purple skin, bloodless finger tips and weak veins but neither my private nor my NHS consultant was prepared to diagnose vasculitis because I didn't have skin ulceration!!

I have put myself in remission, with clear skin and stronger veins, using MSM, curcumin, liquorice and cats claw, all of which have been tested and are known to work with RA.
