Does anyone have neuropathy with a numb and tingling tongue?

I had a thyroidectomy 7 yrs ago. I can't remember when I got a numb and tingling tongue which gives me great stress. I have not found a dr with a cure for me
Anyone wish to help?

Nope not the tongue. The top of my head has numbness. It’s like the size of a beanie.
