Does anyone have experience with breast reduction?

My chest has grown immensely the past few years. I'm in desperate need of a reduction but am worried about how fast I'm growing. I dont want them growing back!

I had a breast reduction about 15 years ago. Best thing ever. I have had big breasts since puberty and after pregnancy went to like EEE and drooping. I explain why I wanted reduction as going to the store and buying a bag of potatoes and hanging them around your neck, all day and every day.
Talk to your surgeon about why you think your breasts would continue to grow. Once you are an adult, your breasts stop growing, I believe. Unless you gain a lot of weight which isn’t really “growing”. But losing the breast weight made it easier for me to feel comfortable enough to exercise more and actually lose more weight and breast size.
One decision that you have to consider is whether you want to retain full function and sensation in the breast or just go for the smallest breast. Do you plan to have children and breastfeed, for instance, or are you/your partner into a lot of breast play?
Now that I am almost retired and my breasts are small, I hardly ever wear a bra! Wonderful.
I just read about gigantomastia. Does not sound fun. It reminded me that breast reduction can also normalize breasts that are different sizes.
