Does anyone have experience using entrectinib?

Hi!
My husband have a very rear brain tumor with a NTRK2 molecule. He removed all of the tumour beginning of may and did 30 days of radiation. Now the question is if he should do 12 cycles of chemotherapy or try the new medication Entrectinib. Does anyone here use Entrectinib? It looks like it has a lot of bad side effects.
It’s a tuff choice, and I would be grateful to hear if anyone has experience with Entrectinib!
