Does anyone get leg cramps that feel like dehydration?
Hi all. I’ve had fibromyalgia for years but it didn’t affect me terribly until I developed long covid. Lately, I am experiencing the worst nightly leg cramps, early morning than I have ever experienced before. They’re like the occasional sleeping leg cramps one gets when dehydrated, but much much worse. I yell out in pain, sometimes almost screaming while I twist and stretch in what feels like forever, trying to stretch out impossible cramps, especially in my thighs, groin. I cut out statin to check if it was that. I make sure I am not dehydrated, I’ve come to the conclusion it’s fibromyalgia or something else like MS. I’m losing muscle mass in legs, have become wobbly but I use a cane now and absolutely depend on it. I haven’t slowed down much, I wobble everywhere lol. Anyone else experiencing fibromyalgia this way? Thank you

I know for me. I am dehydrated when I wake up. Just going to the bathroom at night and normal body function.
Wish you the best.
I use "Theraworx". It takes awhile but it helps. Shake it up before spraying the foam.

I get dreadful restless legs and some shooting pains at night some of the time. I had a night last week when I didn’t sleep at all.
