Does anyone else experience hot burning skin as symptom of Neuropathic
The only symptom I have of neuropathic pain is a hot brewing sensation similar to a very bad sunburn. At this point in time, I don’t know what the cause is. I do have a pinched nerve in my back however, I’ve had that for a long time. The pain is quite bad.

I found your response very interesting, I absolutely do get a certain amount of relief in my legs when I lie down and sitting can be a very fidgety experience for me. Because of the weakness in my legs, I do sit for long periods of time, so I do believe you could be absolutely spot on with compression issues. Thanks for that good information.
Hi I have sfn mainly in my feet hands and one side of my face. I also have a feeling of very sore sunburn in my left neck. My neurologist seems to think it’s unusual. My neuropathy is idiopathic. I wish I understood more about what’s happening to me and what has caused it
I know that most supplements for peripheral neuropathy are scams and it’s not easy to spot them but has anyone tried Mullend Nervixa Cream, it’s been around for a long time. The other one I’m looking at is called Capsacare, sounds good but don’t they all. Welcome any info
Severe burning sensation on the bottom of my feet. Get some relief from Lyrica but pay the price with side effects.
They are pushing this new treatment called Capsacare and I have to say I am tempted. Before I spend any more money I would love to hear from anyone who has tried it.
I have burning legs that keep me awake. Just tried Nervive with Alpha Lipoic Acid. Great relief and better sleep. ALA and R-ALA are the secret.
Oh I am glad you found relief. I am suffering from it also among many other things. I will have to try that. I have been up for three days. Pain and burning keeping me up.. Thank you for your post. Wishing you luck. gentle hug
I hope it works for you. Nervive 7 days. After two weeks of 1800mg per day of the ALA, I am slowly reducing the mg to 1200. How good it is to sleep all night. Peace.
I have been looking at Capsacare Cream but I noticed that Amazon are selling a similar item. When only the official site was advertising I was tempted to order the product but unfortunately I don’t know which is the official site and I don’t know how to verify it. Has anyone bought this cream from the official site
I have idiopathic small fiber PN.
I just got back from a longish bicycle ride wearing bike shoes. As is typical, after a while I developed severe burning of my feet in the area of my shoes (I don't wear socks). When I took my shoes off, the area of the shoes is exactly outlined on my feet with what looks like a sunburn. It also feels warm to the touch.
I often stop in my town's plaza for a break. We have a fountain and pool, so I take my shoes off and soak my burning feet in the cold water. That works for a while.
I have learned that the condition is called erythromelagia. It is a rare condition which can be associated with PN. No cure, of course.
Before I noticed the erythromelagia, I would simply get burning just from wearing shoes. This is called allodynia (an inappropriate sensation, in this case feeling heat instead of pressure). This is a common symptom of PN.
It sounds like some of the posters may have these conditions.
I hope this helps.
