Do you have an inspiring or favorite quote to share?

I'll start with three quotes from the very inspiring Helen Keller as noted in "Your Year of Healing" book by Amit Sood, MD:

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched -- they must be felt with the heart."

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

Thanks for the wonderful quotes! My wife and I are fans of Thomas Merton. I used to correspond with a monk at the Abbey of Gethsemani, where he stayed. You know, they have a monastery store. And, they make the most amazing fruitcake and fudge. Not a big fan of their cheese, but the fruitcake and fudge are amazing. And, they make them with good old Kentucky Bourbon! So, my wife's father was dying of brain cancer. And he lost his appetite. He loved fruitcake, so we bought him a fruitcake from the Monastery Store. It was the only thing he would eat! I am no fan of fruitcake, but their fruitcake? Just incredible. We often give it as Holiday gifts to our Catholic friends. Everyone loves it.
