@mack43 I can't speak for THC with gummies, but I have extract in a pen that is 76% THC. I tried a "line" with a piece of chocolate. I didn't really feel anything for a while... but, then, I felt like I was going into some kind of hazy fog. Very unpleasant. Perhaps, if I continue try a line for a few days, the effect will gradually soften. I really don't want to live in that kind of state. Let us know if you have any success with the gummies.

1 ReactionI have found the roughest time of the day for me is bedtime. I have a difficult time relaxing after dealing with the heightened sensitivity and burning of my neuropathy all day long. Before I tried gummies sleep was a long time coming.
I take a THC gummy 90 min - 2 hours before bedtime. It gradually kicks in and allows me to feel a warm pleasantness that relaxes me enough to fall asleep. I’m not groggy when I wake up. The neuropathy pain does not go away, but I can set it to the side while drifting away.
I started with a half dose just over a year ago.

2 Reactions@rbumala Do you know what percentage THC is in your gummies? I bought the extract with 75% just because my son suggested it. I have no real experience with this stuff. It is very humbling to have to listen to a 21 year-old tell me all the ins and outs of these products.
I buy the CBD/THC gummies from Lazerus Naturals. I take half a one . They gve a discount for those who join the program for low income or military. They help with my numb feet at nght and to sleep. I'm 84 years old.

1 ReactionWorth a try. I take them for sleep which helps. It has not addressed the nerve burning, but it does help to relax and sleep.
I use THC gummies occasionally for nerve pain after a car accident a couple years back. They don't really get rid of the pain, but they make it less noticeable and help me relax, especially in the evenings. I usually take a small amount so I don’t get too high or groggy, it just takes the edge off enough to get to sleep and makes the pain feel more distant. I’ve noticed the effect can vary depending on the dose and what else I ate that day. Sometimes CBD mixed in helps me avoid some of the fogginess too.
I have looked into this and what I find is there’s many components to cbd. For sleep, I use a gummy that is high in CBN and low in THC. For neuropathy, there are studies that indicate CBG is helpful. More studies are currently ongoing. I only found one company that has either of these in gummies without any THC. The company is CBDistillery and they have third party labs certification. I really checking them out.
Under a doctors Rx I tried CBD with no relief of neck nerve pain. I had no relief from gummies, drops. I tried sticky oil with a a small amount THC which only made me high. I tried CBG for neuropathy with no effect
If you're around Virginia and want to try different options, I’ve checked out weed delivery VA before and there was a good selection of edibles to figure out what works best for me.
