Do Terry’s Nails always indicate Cirrhosis?

A few days I noticed my nails had a faint appearance of Terry’s Nails. I do drink alcohol. I had a sonogram last May and all was normal. Blood work for liver panel was all within range. I tend to obsess on these things. I have regular checkup scheduled for the end of May. Should see if I should move it up? I am not experiencing jaundice, itching, spider veins, pale bile. I have had shoulder and back pain that responded to therapy.
