Dizziness from Microvascular Brain Inshemnia

Getting dizziness from Microvascular Brain Inshemnia? Is there anyway to stop it? Also had chronic insomnia is from it? Being 71 with diabetes also be the reason?

I'm sorry to hear about your dizziness! If you don't mind me asking....how do you know that it is from microvascular eschemia. Did the physician tell you after having had diagnostic tests completed?

Had a MRI done. The MRI showed hyperintensities. Not much else I can do.
