Discharge Two Weeks after Chlamydia Treatment

I caught chlamydia a few weeks ago and had watery discharge, pain when peeing, and general discomfort.

I took doxy ten days and finished on April 9th, two weeks ago.

Symptoms reduced drastically from day 6 to 10 but i still have a little shiny tip clear, watery discharge and the occasional weird tingle. I noticed it usually happens after peeing (and also after masturbating so l'm gonna stop that.)

I also have no more pain when peeing or discomfort when having sex (did it after my 10 day treatment with protection once). Those symptoms left before the treatment was completed

Should I get tested for mgen or gono?

Also l'm in mexico rn so i can probably buy whatever medicine I'd need to clear mgen if it is that (the area im in doesn't have reliable mgen testing, but i go back to the US this week)
